I don't know, but I'd be willing to try it once.

For the record, guinea pig is TOTALLY not worth it.

should be something like a cross between beef and lamb. I had some before but it was too long ago and I was too young, besides the meat was salted

I'm trying to think of what it *would* taste like.

I'd guess probably somewhere between venison and beef. Probably more lean than beef, but not as "gamey" as deer.
