What does "D.A.S." mean?

Looking at a car dealer sunday newspaper ad.
And under each car special you have something like this.

"39 mo lease w/$5950 D.A.S"

anyone know what that means?

mmm thanks. Ad doesn't seem so pretty now.
It states
2007 Nissan Altima
Buy for 15980 or lease for $99 per 39 Months.
"With $2007 down. 39 mo lease w/$5950 D.A.S. incl $0 Sec Dep, Plus Tax & Tags"

So in this case, it means "Dicked At Signing".
