What does "Cannot reference memory....." mean??

i just installed my new computer and i got error message in win2000 saying

"cannot reference memory at blah blah blah..."

What's does it mean?

Here's my setup:
Duron 800 @ 996Mhz
KT7A-raid
Radeon 32DDR LE
128 PC133 Mushkin Basic
128 PC133 Kingston Value
WD 4 Gig harddrive
48x Memorex CDRom
Antec 282 w/ 300w ps
