hi, i always here the words BIO or BIOS, what does it mean?

BIOS is Basic Input Output System. It is the super simple "operating system" that is built into the motherboard. It will allow you to interface (somewhat) with your hardware. Feel free to look around in yours just don't make any changes until you know what youre doin. You can usually enter the BIOS by hitting delete or some other key in the first few seconds of bootup.

If you have a manual for your motherboard, it should tell you about the various BIOS setting options and the default settings. If you don't have the manual but you know or can determine the make/model of your motherboard, visit the manufacturer's web site and look for a PDF version of the manual.
