What does "AS OF..." mean?

I'm filling out an application, and it asks for my GPA AS OF..... I've gotten my transcript up to Fall 2001 (including that semester's - I'm in Spring 2002 now...

So would my cumulative GPA be "As of Fall 2001" or "As of Spring 2002"?

At that point in time. Seems like they want you to specify which particular point in time, so put down whichever one looks better for you I guess.

You should put your GPA at the end of the Fall semester and use As Of <insert date fall semester ended here>
