Thanks, but that's too general. I know quite a bit about AA and various options already, as well as how to force it to work to my liking in most games if not well supported natively.

What is unclear to me is what specifically I need to do to get AA working with the Steam version of Dead Space 1 on a Radeon 6970. For instance, it doesn't appear that you can simply activate it through Radeon Pro like I do for other titles (but if I am wrong I appreciate additional info). I can't seem to find a clear cut answer anywhere. Also, clarification as to whether my choices are FXAA, MLAA, etc. would be appreciated.

Deadspace, never had AA in it? the way nvidia enables it is via a driver hack thingy...
Doesnt look like there is that for AMD.

Have you tried FXAA injector / MLAA ? for it, its better than nothing.

google some dude + FFAA Injector, download it and run it (or try MLAA).
