What does "Ahh manya" mean?

my 6 yr old son keeps using this phrase. i'm not sure of the spelling, that's approximately how he pronounces it.

does anyone know what language that is and what it means?

he says he made it up, so i guess he must have. i figured with all the ethnicities represented here, if it was in another language someone would recognize it.

or mb he picked it up in one of the tv shows he watches.

Perhaps he is saying "Ah, great!" in old-world Italian or Latin.
