Nephew is the son of your brother or sister. But I'm reading that

Niece is the daughter of your brother or sister, Daughter of your niece or nephew is a Grandniece.
Nephew is the son of your brother or sister, son of your niece or nephew is still a nephew.

So no matter now many generations down... is it still going to be called a Nephew? Not Grand Nephew?

Also referred to as "great nephew," of which I have one (hey my sister and her daughter started early, if you know what I'm sayin').
