I woke up this morning with a pain in my right groin.
It is a dull pain but gets sharper when I take a deep breath.

Anyone have a hernia before?

I also have a lower back/side pain on the right side.
I think that one is a kindey stone. I have had stones
in the past.
Or could it be a refered pain from the groin?
Or could it be a refered pain to the groin?

Any input would be great.
I am going to male a Dr appt for after work 2day

thanks

Sounds more like a kidney stone than a hernia. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesen't getting a hernia involve physical exertion? IE: you wouldn't just wake up with it? lol..

Did you DHInTB the night before?

I kid I kid, you'd get a better opinion from you doctor than us.

You will know it when you have a hernia. You generally have a muscle tear and that lump your feeling is your guts trying to bust through your skin.

I had one before but I was an infant so the only memory I have of it is the scar below my beltline.

A hernia shouldn't hurt your groin.

Go to a doc if it hurts that much though, Remote diagnosis via Anandtech is still in its infancy and not perfected yet.
