what does a engineer technician and webpage designer do?

im an engineering gis technician.

basically, i look at constuction documents, enter them into our GIS. research and pull plat maps. make maps for the engineers to present at city council, help citizens who come in looking for as builts or plats.

sometimes go out to field verify locations of inlets, manholes and things of that nature.

i work for a city government, so its not private sector. so my duties might be a bit different.
