What does a B0 stepping P4 usually top out at?

Well, I have a 1.6a B0 stepping week 46 CR, i've upgraded my ram to HyperX 2700 from Crucial 2100 and my asus p4b266c to a BH7. On my P4b266c i only could run 150mhz bus stable (1.65v), with this so far i'm at 160@2.56ghz(1.65v). Just wondering what people usually get with these chips?

*just started doing Prime95 tests, 155mhz bus is my sweet spot for 1.65v, @160 i recieved errors pretty quick! I'm not sure if i want to put it up to 20% more voltage, i guess another question would be, what's a high safe voltage?

I've seen a B0 1.8a go up to 3GHz
and another, the same spec chip not even do 2.2GHz, with liberal voltage

your overclock is good, even for a C1 (did they make 1.6a C1's?)

i don't think they made 1.6a c1's...i might be wrong tho?

my 2.2a b0 stepping hit 2.93ghz on air. i bet if i had watercooling/prometia i could hit like 3.2

There are no 1.6a c1's and tyhe 1.8 ones I have seen never did as well as the 2.4's and I believe they don't make them at all anymore...

For 1.6a b0 stepping chips...they made them during a long time period....The packing date or fab date maybe more helpful at this point....I have seen some get to 2.8ghz but very few with most with a packing date of may 2002 getting around 2.5-2.7ghz...
