what does 90nm mean?

most likely not. My FX-51 is .13 and it tops out at 2.43 stable. But you could get lucky with some good RAM and cooling who knows.

Ram is 1GB of Kingston Value pc3200 2 X 512mb. I havent decided on the cooling yet, any suggestions? What you think about the ram aswell?

HMM Ram may work, you will just have to tests its limits. OCZ makes some pretty good stuff that is still affordable. As for cooling I use the coolermaster aquagate Mini R120 I wrote a review of that here:

A good copper heatsink may work just fine for you though. I used to have a Thermaltake Silent Boost K8 and it was OK, Zalman makes a killer copper heatsink that works for overclocking, and you may want to checkout a Thermalright XP-90 or XP120

Yeah i'm not so interested in the water cooling....the copper Zalman sounds good...I think i saw it on newegg once.
