Ok, serious answer: plastic wrap individual portions to exclude air and place a bunch of them in a zip-lock freezer bag, or directly into a ziplock freezer bag (squeeze out air). Sometimes I've used freezer paper (my butcher wrapped my beef in it when I got my steer slaughtered.) I just bought a new vacuum-sealer yesterday, so I'll be using it in the future. They're really great. I wore out my old one several years ago and never got around to replacing it until now.
