What do you want under your Christmas tree this year?

I love the real deal too. But this apartment is carpeted and has no elevator.

Get a small tree. Cedars are great for small spaces. They don't have the stereotypical "xmas tree" look, but they look nice, and smell great. As a bonus, you can score them free if you're in/near the country.

last couple years we been using a fake 2 foot tall tree. I want the biggest ass fake tree i can find with as many lights on it as possible. hydro is included in the rent

I bought myself one in fall. There is a Dewalt Jobsite one at Canadian Tire that I had been eying for a bit. I told myself if it goes on sale, I'm buying it. It went on sale.


I don't tend to ask for anything specific anymore, as anything technical my family won't even know what to look for, so I tend to just get money or gift card etc.... but then I tend to also buy gift cards. That's kinda boring, but we've kinda downsized gifts between adults in the past years and concentrate more on the kids. I have to start thinking about what I get my nephews actually.

Holy crap did not realize they were that expensive. I kinda want one, but not badly enough to pay that kind of money. I imagine they'll drop in price after Christmas time. You can easily just setup an emulator on a Raspberry Pi anyway, but this is more of a turn key thing and has the retro NES look which is cool. My only complaint is they should have made it the same physical size as the NES for authenticity.
