What do you want to be remembered for?

If you are remembered after your death for one accomplishment, characteristic or event, what would you want it to be? What's most important to you, what do you want that defining moment to be in your life for others? Is it something you've done or something you're working on? What are you doing to get to that point?

"He never double-dipped at parties."

In fact, I already have it inscribed on my tombstone.

Honesty. Dependability. Fairness. I don't care if I get credit for anything else.

I'm 25 and in the corporate workplace, thanks. Just felt like there wasn't a good current esoteric discussion on the front page of OT. Also, WTF kind of class would give this as an assignment? No wonder kids don't know how to do anything practical coming out of school if this is how their time is spent.

You are so invited to our housewarming party tomorrow, and I will be watching you like a HAWK! :p

I think, all in all, I'd like to be remembered for having one of the best marriages most people will ever see. My husband is the most amazing person I've ever met and it'd be really cool if I could really make it a defining part of my character throughout life to treat him as well as he's always treated me.

You just have to promise not to ban linuxboy, Orsorum or Zenmervolt from the house if you bring your almighty ban stick with you. Zenmervolt might deserve it, but he does still live here.

Now I have this mental image of you striding in like Charlton Heston's "Moses" with a big giant ban stick in one hand and a double dipped ruffled chip in the other.
