family's been bugging me for things that i want, so i came up with the following:

1. case for my macbook
2. objective c programming book
3. book about hawaii for vacation planning
4. rental income

im really hoping for #4, but the other ones would be ok too

There's a few small things here and there I mentioned but I'd rather just have the cash if they are going to be spending the money anyway.

but you know, most, if not all of it will go to paying off the cred it card for buying everyone else's gifts anyway....

Bought myself a bunch of gifts "from my wife" yesterday. Nice sales on some tools. It started when I was sent to the store to pick up a new shelf for a closet. I saw that a tool I bought a week ago was on sale for $30 less. Managed to get an adjustment. So, then I thought, I can get another tool. Got a palm nailer. Then, wow, those ratcheting crescent wrenches were on sale... picked up a set of metric and a set of SAE. Oh wow, I could use a 12V pump to keep in the car. Hey, a pneumatic drill. Gotta have that for working on vehicles... and, a new 1/4 and 3/8" socket set with 70 sockets. And...
