What do you use your external hard drive for?

I just made my own from an old HDD and an enclosure. Now I don't know what to do with it. What do you use yours for?

Daily backups of important data and temporary storage until I have enough to fill a DVD.

recovering data from drives that die or from computers that are so corrupted they won't boot.
