What do you use to watch your movies and videos?

I should be getting this Rapsody N35 Media Streamer/Player next week. As you can see this thing plays just about all the popular video and audio formats out there. I'm going to add a hdd to the unit so I can store my dvds, videos, and music locally. I can also stream content straight from my pc as well.

Currently using a 400 disc dvd changer. If that device works out I may sell the changer and go disc-less.

i usually use my PC with 20" widescreen Dell 2005FPW and 5.1 surround speakers.

if i want to watch with the rest of the family, i use a 32" crt tv, built in tv speakers, some some cheap DVD player.

PC with 24" lcd.
actual TV is used for 10 minutes a day (turn on, set sleep timer, pass out).

XBMC
its the only thing any self respecting geek should use. (excetp for HD content)

Please add to you choices... it is more than just "Multimedia Streamer"

xbox 360 with hd-dvd/dvd and extended my vista media center (for live/recorded tv, music, photos, etc)

I was thinking of going that route and although I like the UI there were too many limitations for me. I must admit that at $150 it's a great value for a media center.
