What do you use to split a big MP3 into many small ones?

Yesterday I was listening to a radio station and they had on a DJ whose name was DJ AM. He was mixing some great music. So I went to his website and he has an album that you can download for free. DJ-AM.com. The only problem is that it's in the form of two ~65 minute MP3s. I've tried a program called "MP3 splitter and Joiner" that looked like it would work great but it only allows you to make four tracks.

What does everyone use to split MP3s into multiple tracks?

I used a program called MP3 Split once, to split up the MP3 audio from a Killers concert without having to recompress. Google?
