what do you use to open a .tgw

it was a download from an artist web site and i can't open it. unknown to windows xp,
( the xp took me to a site but i could't find anything to help)

what program do i need to open a .tgw?

I am not familiar with that program, but it seems if you tell windows to bring up that file with that terragen program it should load it. If not, possibly the file is corrupt.
