What do you use to make ISOs?

Now that I got 300GBs worth of space I want to back up all my games to my hard drive. What is a good program for making ISOs? Also will they still work if they're copy protected? Cause I've already lost 3 games now due to scratched cds (Tiberian Sun, Quake 3, and Warcraft 3). Couldn't back them up because of stupid copy protection!

WinISO and Alcohol 120% and Daemon tools to mount the images so you dont even have to use the CD's to play the games...also makes load times faster.
