What do you use as a journal to track your progress?

Are there any good websites that you guys use as journals to jot your numbers down and track your progress over time? Right now I just write all my numbers in a spreadsheet.

I jot them down in a book, transcribe them here, and I built my own database to track things

I have a $0.35 pocket notebook. When I fill it up I put it in a box in my closet and buy a new one.

For what exactly? For lifting progress I use a cheap composition notebook. For bodyweight and bodyfat I have a small spreadhseet I have printed out and post on my bulletin board. Every Monday morning I put my entry in to see if I'm on track for my goals. In the past I'd take monthly photos and circumference measurements, but I forget to keep up on it.
