What do you typically eat for breakfast?

a banana or an orange and a cereal bar or something like that.

I would like to have scrambled eggs, toast and orange juice, but I'd probably kill myself, seeing as how I'm legally dead when I first wake up.
 
Oatmeal, Yogurt occasionally mixed with Protien Powder and a slice of Multigrained toast .

Occasionally I will have an Egg Beaters Omelet with ham and cheese

On the days I do Cardio in the morning usually have Yogurt and a Slice of toast (like to eat before I do cardio)
 
1 cup of Fiber One cereal (no milk), and lately either a stick of string cheese or a protein bar.

On weekends, usually scrambled egg beaters and vegetarian sausage w/ cheese on a whole wheat English muffin.
 
Cheese omelet with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, or onions
Piece of fruit
maybe a pastry

I have found that the work goes much more smoother if I have a full breakfast.
 
Used to be nuttin. Now I have my EAS Muscle drive protien powder with milk. Then a protein bar with cofee before lunch.
