I find this to be a very touchy topic for many important reasons, the biggest of which are:

* How would it effect the economy?
* Would big tech get angered to the point where they start supporting Republicans?
* Who would the Supreme Court side with if Big tech were to bring it to the court?

Big tech already supports GOP behind the scenes. Hell, Facebook flat out engineered Trump's win in 2016, though admittedly that was just a side effect of chasing more clicks.
