What do you think the worst company is????????

Hey guys.. i just had to tell you this casue i am so ticked at creative.. i sent my burner that died out to them.. (died in 4 months).. i sent it out on March21, i called them April 9th... and it is still in testing, it is not back even as i type this.. so this is my question what is the worst company you ever delt with.. mine is creative.. THEY SUCK:|

Bestbuy.. i dont really ever go there.. but do you say that becasue of their return policy.. my mom heard a couple times that their return policy sucks...

after your experience, bryan, i wont ever buy anything from creative, but as for what i think the worst company is, i would say Best Buy just because of how much of a hassle it is to return something there

creative's tech line is also horrible.. i called and it took over an hour.. just to get through.. they really are bad .. but may-b it just their CD drives..

creative sucks cuz i gotta buy a new sound card cuz theirs doesnt like my mobo.

sony sucks cuz their tech support is no where near helpful

rambus sucks cuz i wish i could use that 128 i got to stick in my VP6

compaq sucks cuz they almost killed me when my PSU went up in smoke.

And dell sucks cuz they, like all the other companies, use proprietary stuff and i had to buy new case and PSU.

umm...when someone else pisses me off ill tell you they suck then. everyone else now is on my good list.

Regal Party rentals.. the person I talked to on the phone was eating!!!.. really rude while trying to find out prices and location. Also I got put on hold 2X in 5 mins.... lame

 

I would have to say Microsoft for so many reasons.

ATI - Never answer their emails, put you on hold for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes (I never managed to get through cause I got tired of waiting on the phone), crappy drivers

Network Solutions - Lousy customer service, takes a frickin long time for changes to go into effect, high prices

Rambus - Need I say anything?

Fry's Electronics - Worst customer service from any electronics store but prices are o.k.

Dell customer support - Clueless morons

i went to turn the compaq on, and i had the side panel removed. hit the power switch, and i see it light up like black cats on new years. then a little mushroom cloud of smoke.

my hand was right on side of tower cause i was squatting down, and using it as support. i jumped back and watched it happen, helplessly.

room still smells like burn toast.
