It's an option for us and I have no idea as to what Florida weather is like during Spring break? Is it beach weather?....Can we go shirtless...can we go in the water?

Of course. Panama City is on the golf, though, which means no waves. I like the atlantic much better. Look into daytona (it's nasty, yes, but not any more nasty than p.c.).

I mean nasty in that the town's are nasty. The beaches are nice. But no, there really aren't any clear water beaches on the mainland of florida.

I mean nasty in that the town's are nasty. The beaches are nice. But no, there really aren't any clear water beaches on the mainland of florida.
what about bars/clubs, are they nasty too?
