i define a "productive person" as one who worked for at least one other person more than they benefited from or used any aggression, legislated or otherwise or took things they werent explicitly offered or wasted things they were offered. but those who don't meet the criteria are net consumers. i will die as a huge consumer (all the stuff i took from my dad and from friends none was invested in production to help other people in addition to the fact that i wasnt helping anyone when i was going through school or when i was traveling on stolen property... in fact i just post more about it on the internet which costs more resources than it provides) and i want to die for that right now... i am a destroyer and i dont know what to do it about without consuming more resources because i cant help myself.
unfortunately, few people are actually real producers. a majority of the global population would be slaves without the State (they would become envious of the productive and murder, rape, and steal from them while also killing each other because they hate each other) and that would be best because that is the natural order (as i said before, the matrilineal descendants of neanderthal eve are the global minority of not more than 25% and are the master race... they are the brain rather than the braun). and of course slavery didnt work here because it was legislated by the central govt when confederalism would have allowed the productive to become free, would have made sure production was not reduced by letting those who could not be productive run free, and would not have taxed the productive to legislate and enforce the artificial order straight out of alexander hamilton's anus.
and then 13th amendment corrected nothing as it only increased slavery (no one could sell themself into slavery anymore and because it increased the govt bureaucracy or joblessness or both). then the 14th amendment didnt reduce racism... it only exacerbated it and it went past what even lincoln would have wanted. that was patched nearly a century later so then people were no longer racist, because they would be severely punished if they exercised their basic human right to discriminate. and then hate crime legislation made even thinking about discriminating potentially punishable by death. then before, during, or at the same time as all the aforementioned tyranny, 15A actually reduced democracy because the last man elected president by the people didnt become president... no man of the people (as i defined in another thread) has become president since except perhaps warren g harding. but then he died and was replaced with someone who was not as popular. then people would have rather not gotten rid of that person than have hoover. and fdr only got elected because he refused to take a stand on anything and because his opponent was already known to be a proto-fascist. then franklin barely got selected for a second term but he sure as hell never got elected by the people. then the rest of the world has hated every selected mass murderer since truman and/or were only elected by 50% or less of their subjects eligible to vote.
