What do you think on this temp???

If it makes you feel any better my P4C 2.8 @ 3.2 was running @ 90C b/c i accidentally put too much ceramique on it!

Did you put any sort of thermal compound on it? If so then check to make sure you didn't put too much. Also check to make sure you removed the plastic film off the bottom of the heatsink!!!! [very important]

Lastly if you did put thermal compound of your own on remove the thermal PAD that came with the stock heatsink.

Hope this helps

it was spread on the heatsink it was a square of thermal compound on it...
i think its enough...but if im should to put more i will open it and im put on what thermai compound do you to recommend

Personally I would remove the thermal pad off the heatsink using high % isopropyl alcohol and then get some Artic Silver Ceramique.

A tiny dab in the middle of the cpu (about the size of a pea pod) is enough. Also make sure you dont have any other interferences [i.e. dust/other particles] on the processor or the heatsink.

Great directions can be found at Artic Silver's site. Lastly I suggested ceramique for its easy to clean features and non-electrically-conductive nature.

Best of luck!

He obviously overclocked that.... 247 fsb!
I wouldn't recommend using CoreCenter to overclock. Dont even start that program up, use bios and go easy lol
