First off get rid of the asus board. Get an abit ic7-g or max 3 if u want the highest overclock. Get a pentium 2.6c No reason to get anythign higher. You need a fan for that heatsink and i suggest a panason panflo. Quiet and high cfm. Get the mushkin memory. Very good stuff and run your timings tight. Theres been a whole thread about this. The raptors get a bit hot so buy some hd coolers. For sound id get the audigy 1 as its less and you probably wont be able to tell the difference. The video card is fine but id suggest shipping out some extra cash and getting the xt. Yea yea its 100 more but u do get hl2 and its got some serious cooling. You also wont get xt speeds on the pro so with the money u save on the processor and memory you should be fine. U dont need a northbridge cooler on the max 3 cuz its pretty good. The os id just get home unless u do alot of networking. Make sure however that you do get alot of fans in your case. Airflow is key. Hope that helped.

Only changes:
Motherboard: Abit IC7 Max 3
NB CooleR: Grab this if you want, I have heard the fan attached to the Swiftech isn't really loud, but I would just use the one on the MB and see if it limits you any
Processor: Pentium 4 2.6C
Memory: Go with either the Mushkin PC4000 (I would suggest going with 3700 with a 2.6C) or the OCZ Gold Series PC3700/PC4000
Sound Card: Audigy ZS

mrgoblin suggested HD coolers, probably won't need these unless you don't have a fan on the setup, otherwise they do get warm, so be sure and have good cooling/airflow (quality fans are the key!)
