Well I am thinking about selling my G4 and Studio Display to get a fast PC. I originally had bought it for some graphic design classes but they kinda fell through, and now I feel like Id be more productive with a PC. Heres the system I intended on getting.

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 / 2.66 GHz
Mobo: MSI Max-FISR (MS-6565-010) Intel ® E7205 Chipset
Ram: 2 x CRUCIAL MICRON 512MB 64x64 PC 2700 DDR
HDD: WD WESTERN DIGITAL EIDE HARD DRIVE 120GB 7200RPM MODEL # WD1200BB
Video Card: FIC A97 RADEON 9700 128MB DDR
Case: ANTEC LIFE STYLE SERIES SONATA PIANO BLACK Model# Sonata w/ ANTEC TRUE380 380W Power Supply
Sound Card: Turtle Beach Santa Cruz

The total from newegg.com came out to around $1000. I have kinda been outta the pc swing for a while, do these parts look pretty good? Id like to keep my system around $1000 if possible.

If you can recommend a good AMD Chip and motherboard combo, I would consider that too.
