What do you think of this? Idle vcore=1.855v, load=1.84v!

Every PSU I have put in this has been like this. Is this okay or normal? This is the first time I have seen this happen like this with all the pentiums I have run.

It's perfectly normal, it simply means your motherboard/PSU combination isnt supplying a perfectly stable flow of power to the processor. Hence as the processor is put under more load it's drawing more current from the PSU which isnt capable of regulating the voltage supplied perfectly.
