What do you think of this design?

The page will be for a friend who is a photographer. After a session, he sends this link to his customer and he can select which pictures he wants(hence the check and minus sign).

I will remove the "overview" and "picture" text.

All feedback is appreciated.

That's the updated. Still thinking about icons/pics for the "<" and ">" as navigation.

Since there is no need, trim it up so that it can fit in a smaller res without scrolling. Also, it looks very very boring but whatever.

From the sound of it, you may have some users that are not geeks, so you might want to put instructions for using the check/x system on the left pane.

Design looks nice and simple, though.

A header would still be a good idea.

It's a "Karbau", that's how we call it in Indonesia 😀

Don't try to spice it up, there is good design and bad design and the difference between the two is not simply adding pictures and headers and stuff. I guess it is not really something I can just tell you to do, I mean good design is I dunno good design. Yours is simply and functional but visually it looks very...amateurish.

It looks good but it's cold and austere. That may match some photos, but it will clash with others.. like the water buffalo one. I would stick with a white or black background for neutrality.

Put the "accept/deny" below the picture. By the arrows to go to the next pic, it looks like a part of the navigation, not selection.

Display the file name, too, so if there is a question about it, the user can have something to reference rather than saying "The one that's on the third page in the middle of the third row"
