what do you think of this coat

[LS21]

as a casual all purpose coat - commuting to the office, and walking out at night

dont want to look 100% business (dressy jacket, or full body peacoat) or 100% stylish (fancy blazer)

Doesn't look like it will do much more than keep the rain off you. Keep you warm? Doubt it. Looks more like a heavy shirt or sport coat. It seems to be more of a fasion item.

Somehow I see Brits wearing this coat.
