I am putting together a new computer and am looking for a good but inexpensive case. I have come upon this case from directron.com, but do not know much about it from other people. Any suggestions on if this case is any good?

Its not a bad case, but the cooling isnt all that great. But, it is pretty nifty, and has some nice qualities. I would rather buy an Antec SX830 or SX1030 or a Fong Kai FK-320 myself though. But for the price, that case is pretty nice.

For the price that will run you with a good PS, get the Sx1030 Enermax version from Newegg. It ROCKS and is $114 shipped.

The hydraulic cases are NICE. They get a lot of "oohs" and "aahs" from people who see the front bezel slide down, but there is an added caveat - this front panel BLOCKS the intake fans, meaning your airflow is disrupted and your case temps will rise steadily but slowly. As a previous poster mentioned, the SX8xx or SX10xx series is usually a better buy and even come with an Antec PS. Check in the hot deals forum for a Best Buy deal involving the SX8xx series...

I'll just agree with what everyone else said. I've seen these cases, and while the hydraulics look really cool, you should buy something else, like an Antec case. The difference in cooling makes it very much worth it.
