I think it's hot. With only 1000 produced, but somehow nobody is bidding on it. Any body knows if it meets emission requirement in CA?

Most every car sold in the US meets Cali emissions unless otherwise stated. Besides, its a used car not originally sold in Cali so it doesn't have to necessarily meet CA requirements. Requirements are different depending on if the car was originally sold in Cali.

looks like no love for the mini here at AT. I thought it's one of the best looking mini out there, and last I checked a regular 04 Cooper S with similar mileage is around $25k according to KBB private sale value.

Yup, our depreciated by 5% after driving 15,000 miles and owning it for 15 months.

On the other hand, MC40s are overpriced, and the 1,000 made means that you are going to be more common than the a la carte ones out there.
