What do you think of these HS/Fans?

I was over at HardOCP and noticed these screenshots:

The one on the right is Agilent's Arctic Cooler and the other one is from a company in the Netherlands.

Does anyone have any experience with any of these?

I know Agilent's cooler isn't out but the Radial Fin one on the right is.

From what I've gathered the Golden Orb type of fan is very efficient - more so than the Alphas (which may cool better, but are so God-awful big). I'm not sure though whether one can tell the quality of the fan from just the pics.

I'm sure you've seen AT's recent HSF roundup.
