i am considering getting one of their video cards, and was wondering what sort of reputation they have around here.

I've only heard bad things about their power supplies...don't know about video cards though.

AFAIK Rosewill is the "house brand" of Newegg/Chiefvalue. I had one of their RV350 PSU and it worked well enough. It was in one way innovative with the location of the fan for "quietness" but I didn't like the buzzing noise it made even when not powered on but plugged in (what is that, coil noise?). I've also purchased two of their Radeon 9600 video cards and both were DOA. Got a larger capacity Rosewill PSU (dunno model #) for a soon to be former friend and it did what it was supposed to, run a loaded system.

Yeah, but from the reviews I've seen online, Rosewill seem to be low in quality... therefore, I've stayed away from them so I really don't know for sure.

I think roesewill just rebrands other people's products, so likely your getting a card from one of the main guys. Probably Connect3d or powercolor or some company like that.

Have purchased 3 17" Rosewill LCD monitors for work, and they have all came nicely packaged, unharmed, and free of any pixel defects. However, after about 7 months, one of the monitors (the oldest in our fleet) developed a stuck green pixel in the middle of the screen. I massaged it away for a while, but it came back. The boss doesn't care, so I don't care. The other two are still in perfect working condition.
