Does anyone have a strong opinion of Spencer Tunick's work? He is the guy who photographs large groups (like thousands) of nude people right on city streets in major world cities like Paris and Montreal.

I think his work is strange. OK, if this is how he feels he can express himself, it's fine. But to do it over and over again? Come on, get a life... Picture something new.

One picture with the whole group kneeling with their backs and tushies turned toward the camera is somewhat interesting. From far away the group looks like a bunch of little clean pinky pigs.

I give him credit. Art is what ever we want it to be. i am sure it takes alot of time and planning to get everything and everyone just right. He has done some pretty neat stuff

I hear sometimes he does NOT have any time to set up properly. He gets chased away (or even arrested) by police.

Exactly. What he considers art, to some, may be a bit "over the top" but nevertheless, he is making himself known, and i must applaude him for that, because to become well know, especially in a field like this, is hard. You really need something to make people remember you
