i go Kentucky over GT just because Gt snapped our 41 game home winning streak =p

But if GT flat out out-hussles Kentucky i think they can win on sheer athleticism, Muhammed is a monster.

You are picking St Joe's to make the Championship game?
The only tough game they have is against Wake Forest..

I'm picking Charlotte over them in the second round
Still flipping a coin on Georgia Tech and Kentucky, depends on what Tech team shows up
Wake Forest over Pitt
Maryland over UConn
Duke over Mississippi State

Duke over the winner of Kentucky/Ga Tech in the Final

Western Michigan will bounce Vandy easily

Crosses fingers for: Hot-shot Elder, a few monster dunks from Muhammad to lower morale (best dunker in the ncaa, easily), Jarret Jack on assists and jumpers, Big Bird dominating the back yard (Kentucky doesn't have a big man really), and the 5th man would rotate through Moore, Ewing, McHenry. I would cream my pants for a GT/Duke Championship match.

There is absolutely no way St Joe's is making it to the final four. I have them going out in the second round. Maybe they'll last a little longer than that, but they're going to start playing some real teams. They may or may not be good enough, but they don't have the experience.

As for the possible Stanford/UConn game, I think if Okafor doesn't stop having his random back spasms, that game is Stanford's. Even with Okafor healthy, though, if Stanford brings their A-game, I still think they'll win.

Okay, my final four are like this:

*cough* Georgia Tech *cough*
Wake Forest
Duke
UConn

Why not go all ACC and have Maryland or NC State over UConn. You know Okafor might have a hurt back in one of the games.

Didn't UConn lose to every ACC team that they played this year?

how can you not choose UW over RIchmond?
UW was #12 in RPI #'s and is essentially playing a home game at the Bradley Center in MKE.
They will EASILY beat Richmond and likely Pitt in the 2nd round too.

My lord that 1st round UW win is the easiest of the entire tourney.

I doubt Kansas loses to Providence. The players are now starting to execute Bill Self's system consistently and play tough defense. They are peaking at just the right time of the year. Plus they have 3 juniors who have been to 2 final fours. Providence, on the other hand, was stumbling toward the end of the regular season. It's all about momentum and experience.
