nice and cheap ($103), though likely not as good as the ~$22+ Abit BG7 ($125) or Epox 4G4A+ ($126).

the sound and video should both be acceptable, though not great, and will satisfy most PC users, though not me. 🙂
 
would a the celeron 1.7 GHz and 256 DDR RAM sufficient enough if i want to use the onboard graphic ???
this computer will be used for daily office work and not for extensive gaming (maybe sometimes).

yeah, that would be fine for office/general work. no point in paying for more power if you won't be using it...
