well iread my daily news there today and I liked it, I do wish there was a button for going from the next article from the previous article instead of going back to the more headlines list


I do like how more and more pics are being added with the newest articles

the only time i leave the forums is for specific reasons (i.e. looking for a review of something)
firefox keywords: atot, atgh, atsoft, atcc, etc. bring me directly to where i need to be
 
I don't like it, but that wasn't an option so I picked "I hate it"

I don't really hate it though, hate is a strong word. Its just stupid IMO. You need more poll options, I think AT should have a FAQ on posting Poll's, only a very small percentage of the board add enough options to their polls.
 
I'm kinda indifferent right now since I haven't had too much time to mess with it. At first I was like WTF HAPPENED HERE??!!!, but I will see...
 
What I miss about Anandtech news was the hardware review sites that used to popup. Sorta like the 7800GTX Reviews from around the web. Or CES 2006 coverage from other hardware sites. I used anantech to get me some of what other sites were reviewing. I wish it still happened but I haven't seen it since they swapped to DT. I like the articles on FT though, just wish they had extra hardware sites coverage.

I currently only read the latest headlines and click on them to open in different tabs and go throguh all the tabs after that and read the short articles...
 
I like DT.

I kind of see it more as a competitor with Slashdot than AT. If that's true, then I hope they drive Slashdot into the dirt. 😛
 
DailyTech news isn't enough about Technology with a capital T for me; too many of the postings are financial topics, speculations, corporate news, random sensationalistic garble, etc.
