i need benchmarks of this ati rage 128 pro based card.
i think its the 64bit implementation of the rage 128 pro, as opposed to the rage fury which is the full rage 128 pro card.
please say what you know about its visual quality, drivers, q3a benchmarks and everything else.
compare to voodoo3 or tnt2...

So, it's like a low-end version of a rage Fury?
Then just about any other card will smoke it. I had a 32mb Rage Fury (Rage 128) and it was horrible. Were you thinking of buying one? If you need to pick between that and a Voodoo 3, gog with the Voodoo. All this, of course if the xpert2000 is related to the 128 like I think it is. ATi never really made very good cards, up until now. I just got a Radeon 64mb and it really rocks!

it's slower than the v3 and tnt2. having 64bit memory slows it down even more.

it's an okay card.

it was slow when it came out, and it still is.

visual quality is good.

drivers suck, ati has a reputation.

it should do okay with lower resolutions on q3a and everything else.

i have the rage fury, the original with the rage 128 (no pro) and 32 MB of RAM. it's fine for what i play.

i don't play FPS. but it was okay with half life.
