What do you think makes AT forums so popular?

I've never encountered busier forums than these. Is it just because AT posts so many quality articles, and more articles = more readers, and more readers = more forum goers?

and because it supports ATOT, without which 80% of the population would die out.

The reason there are so many people in OT has nothing to do with AT's articles. I think it's just the huge community, there's always a thread where you can talk about something you at least know a little about.

AT forums are like a pearl. It took years of snot piled layer upon layer on top of each other, and it all started with a single grain of sand. Any grain of sand in all the oceans could have been a pearl, but just a few are in the right place at the right time to get so completely covered in mucus as the one that began the forums here.

i came because of the fs/t forums...i was trying to get rid of some laptop parts and didnt want to ebay them...thats actually how i found hardforums as well...and then i ended up staicking around becasue there were so many knowledgable people here...then i found OT...and its all downhill from there
