What do you think makes a Driver bad?

Not that kind of driver, a car driver.

Not speed, for sure.

Try weaving in and out of traffic, cutting off other drivers, following too close, not yielding right of way, not using turn signals and so on.

Whats your pet peeve?

forgetting your turn and instead of making the left one, slamming on your breaks and making the turn anyway, and or doing that but first cutting off someone because you werent in the right lane to begin with.

In no particular order:

Going too fast

Going too slow

Going too slow in the fast lane, and refusing to move to the right

Not using turn signals

Not paying attention

Excessive lane changing

Following too close

Passing me, then slowing down. I pass them, then they pass me again, get in front of me, and slow down. i.e., not keeping a consistant speed.

aggressive passing: Pulling back into your lane after passing you WAY to close to "teach you a lesson."

That's all I can think of now...

Speeding in traffic (weaving, doing whatever possible to get ahead)

Small attention spans (i.e., never sees stopsigns - etc)

Too much aggression

People doing stuff other than concentrating on driving the car.

Anything from having a phone glued to their ear, combing their hair, putting on lipstick, reading newspapers, books, letters, etc.

I wish people would just DRIVE, and think mostly about that, not other stuff.
