What do you think is the ugliest aftermarket part that you've seen people putting on their cars/trucks?

I would say those altezza style taillights for trucks. The ones for cars are pretty ugly themselves but the ones for trucks are even worst.

Truck nuts by far. When I see those hanging off the trailer hitch on some idiot's SUV or truck I just shake my head in disbelief that someone could be lame enough to buy them and then mount them proudly on their idiot mobile.

I think they secretly want to see nuts that big slapping against their chin.
