What do you think is the hardest undergraduate major in college? My guess is that its between EE and Comp Eng (Whats the abreviation for that?)

I'd agree.. I'm Computer Engineering (hardware) and it basically covers EE. (only 14 credit hour difference)

My brain is being racked. My social life is gone. My free time nonexistent.

This is one tough major. I'm going for five years and I still have to take classes like Circuits and Digital Logic in the same semester.

I also heard optical engineering, mathematics, and physics are hard majors.

EDIT: Abbreviation for Computer Engineering: CE or CEE

At UBC it's probably a tie between Combined honours physics/astronomy and Engineering physics.

Philosophy's kicking my ass - so is art: (visual art/music/etc.) - As for the more scientific majors, can't think of one - as for me, the creative challenge is harder than the intellectual challenge (even though most are the one and the same half the time  ).

Yeah, I'm not as worry about UCB as I was last week, because I was offered Regent Scholarship by UCD... So if I don't get into UCB I'll go to UCD, which is still a decent school.

I'm an EE major at UCSD. Almost done with my second year. So far I've taken about 4 total engineering classes and it hasn't been too bad. I guess it is a lot of time and work and I don't really have any other majors to compare it with, but i'm holding up ok.

Pre med is fairly brutal, they really want to weed you out. You'll need to be skilled in all the physical and life sciences.

Its school dependent.

And person dependent. I bet I would fail out of English, Spanish, German or anything language related.

I understand math, physics, chemistry, etc. But I never understood wtf poetry is about. My head hurts thinking about it.

I'm a CS major there. Also almost done with second year. Just put the time in, something I haven't been doing unfortunately :/, and you'll be fine. The most difficult class I've had so far is Physics, but that depends on you as well as your professor (some professors give harder quizzes than others).
