I have $15....I'm poor
I just wanna know how far my money can go to playing a good game.
I already play WoW.
 
Don't play a mmorpg if you are poor. MMORPGs are addictive, and result with absolutely nothing gained, and an empty wallet. 🙁

I'm not really that poor, but I'm going through bad time in my life and I just need something to take my mind off of it. 🙂

I think Ultima Online is $12.95 or something and is like $10 at the store. You'll be learning completely new things months from now.

Anarchy Online is free.

I know what you mean, I have been in the same kind of situation. I used to get depressed and felt comfort playing with my guild in EQ, just to get away from the stress of life and what I was going through.
 
i use to play DAOC it's $13 a month compared to the 15 of the others and you can get the platinum edition which has all of the expansions except catacombs for as low as $19 and catacombs for $30 or below.
i currently have WoW but haven't played since beginning of feb yet my account is active =\
 
All the MMORPG would give everyone is 30 trial free.
Get people hooked on the game and they'll have no problem paying the monthly fee afterward.
 
RUNESCAPE - They add new content every few weeks.
Play the basic world for free, or pay only $5.00 per month to expand your world, skills & items.
 
You can download the client for Anarchy online for free, AND it doesn't cost a subscription to play any longer. The only catch is is that if you want to play the expansions, such as Notum War, you'll need to buy the expansion... but even they're dirt cheap now (like $20 or less). Still, if you don't want the expansion, you can do a lot with the original game.
 
Ragnarok Online, they have 2 weeks free trial and then around $12/month. Someone in ATOT also mentioned before that his friend has a private server or something.
