anyone ever play Dune 2?
i think if you played as Harkonnen (sp?) and you really built up in the last couple level you got this intense weapon called "Black Hand" which you could fire from across the map into enemy buildings and destroy them.

Coolest, though definitely not the most effective, in my opinion are that alien glove thing in Half Life that recharges its own ammo continuously, and the bug things you throw at people and they chase them around.
