What, if any, rights does a human have from birth (or conception) that cannot be morally taken away from them?

the right to life? (for the anti-abortionists)
the right to not die deliberatly under the hands of others (for the anti-euthanasianists and anti-death penalty)
the right to free access of food?
the right to shelter?
the right to free practise of religion?
the right internet access?

what rights does a person have intrinsically?

and please, dont turn this into a flame war.

According to the United Nations:

[*]Life, liberty and security of person.
[*]Freedom from the following: enslavement; torture; cruel punishments; arbitrary incarceration, detention, or exile;
[*]Recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
[*]Fair trials, both in terms of actions committed by a person and actions commited against a person, including the presumption of innocence.
[*]Freedom of movement both within the borders of one's nation and internationally.
[*]Asylum in case of persecution.
[*]To nationallity, and to change nationalities.
[*]To have a family, freedom of marriage, etc.
[*]To own property.
[*]Freedom of thought, conscience, and religion; opinion and expression.
[*]To assemble peacefully or to choose not to associate with a group.
[*]To participate in government and to choose one's government; access to public service within one's country.
[*]To work; to unionize; fair working conditions; but also periods of rest and leisure.
[*]An adequate standard of living (food, medical care, and so on).
[*]Education.
[*]To participate in the cultural life of the community (art, scientific achievments, etc.) and protection of the work one creates (copyrights, e.g.)

United Nations Declaration of Human Rights

Some of these we take for granted, such as the right to be considered a person (and not property, for example). Opinions on the UN view of human rights?
