What do you think about this for a cheap Linux box?

Thinking about building a Linux box this fall...

Antec SX-1030b w/ stnd. 300w PSU (because I already have one for my current computer, and one for the other side of the desk would look pimp.)
AMD Duron 800MHz
MSI K7-T Turbo2 (KT133A, PC133, ATA100)
Thermaltake VolcanoII HSF
Crucial 128MB PC133
nVidia GeForce 256 32MB AGP
On-board VIA AC97 sound
D-Link 10/100 NIC (on a T1 LAN)
Western Digital 10GB 7200rpm hdd
Sony 52x CD-ROM
Sony 1.44MB floppy

RedHat 7.2

I figure I can build all this (most from NewEgg, some obviously from eBay, or here in FS/FT) for $350 shipped... especially as prices depreciate even further in the next month or so. I'm not willing to spend more than that, and I'd actually like to get it down to $300. Would Linux have a problem running on any of this hardware (i.e. integrated sound card, etc)? I'll have a Microsoft optical mouse, Logitech keyboard, and 17" Sony Trinitron monitor on this thing as well. Lemme know!

:)
